Welcome to the Library Freshmen Class!

In the coming weeks the Freshman class will be participating in Library Orientation. Throughout the past year, Mrs. Jordan and Mrs. O'Malley have rearranged the library to make it more user-friendly. You will find:

• Distinct sections for Fiction, Non-Fiction, Biographies, and Reference.
• Clear Signage - with call numbers and subject topics to help take the mystery out of the Dewey Decimal System and encourage browsing.
• More Tables - have been added to make studying a little more comfortable. 
• More Keywords - have been added to our Destiny Quest online library catalog to make research easier.
• Blog - Check out the rest of this library blog site to find: Library Catalog, Gale Research Databases, Reader Guides, Contests, Book Extras, Citing Sources, and More!
• Library Map - will be handed out during Freshman Orientation and available here.
• Help - Feel free to ask Mrs. Jordan or Mrs. O'Malley any research questions or suggestions on what to read.
